BlueBelle Photography started life in 2020 as an off-shoot of a well-established pet care company founded by Sarah Dowdall, providing natural outdoor pet portraits and wildlife photography. It quickly became clear that Sarah’s photography was highly sought after and admired, and the company made the move to focus solely on a broad range of photographic subjects.
While Sarah started out specialising in striking natural pet and wildlife images, she now also offers family photoshoots, indoor studio portraits, limited edition prints and stock photography, as well as commercial packages suitable for small, new or established companies. Sarah aims to capture personality and uniqueness in every image, whether it is animal, person or product and offers a range of packages and options to suit the needs of all of her clients.
Sarah, has been involved with a wide variety of animals all her life. It was only natural to her that this initially led to a career in animal care, and later to combine this with her love of art and photography. Her calm and patient nature, combined with qualifications and experience gained during more than ten years in pet care, mean she is perfectly suited to work behind the camera with pets and people alike. She knows and understands how to get the best from her subject so that their personality shines through in her images.
When she is not behind the camera, Sarah enjoys woodland walks with her hooligan labrador x collie Mara, reading from a vast and never-ending collection of literature and indulging in a variety of films.
"Outstanding photography! Two photoshoots so far; Sarah has an uncanny knack of capturing the personality of my dog. The problem is choosing which images to have printed! Highly recommended."
"I could not have been happier with the finished photos that Sarah produced. They are so beautiful and natural and they really reflect Miska’s cheeky, playful personality."
"We had such a fantastic day with Sarah, she captured all of the moments we asked for and more. I couldn’t recommend or thank her enough for a wonderful day and some great memories."
